Change Order Representative

A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Review and process changes on existing patient orders, ensuring all paperwork is complete

Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits to patients and case managers

Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics set by management

Required Qualifications

High school graduate

A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Knowledge of insurance and payor portal navigation

Home Health / DME related experience preferred
