Director of Solutions Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Direct all aspects of the Solutions Engineering organization in the Americas, focusing on pre-sales technical sales

Manage and mentor solutions architects, including conducting performance evaluations and overseeing staffing needs

Develop strategies and objectives for the Solutions Architect organization to meet and exceed company goals

Required Qualifications

BS or BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical / quantitative discipline

5+ years of experience in a pre-sales solutions architect role within an enterprise environment

3+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role preferred

Expert knowledge of relevant technologies, including AI, Kubernetes, application security, and networking

Ability to navigate and influence within a matrix organization
