Responsibilities :

Deliver safe, effective nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Monitor residents for changes in condition and report as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance

Build relationships with residents and families

Requirements :

Active LPN license in Ohio

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

Great communication, reliability, and a positive attitude
