Job descriptionProvide case management and referral for up to 100 residents. Conduct needs assessments. Develop service management plans. Organize on-site educational programming. Starting Salary Range : $21.00 - $26.00, depending on experience Paid Time Off : Generous paid time off program; You can earn more than four weeks of paid time off during your first year on the job. Full-time team members accrue paid time off at 21 days per year. The hours which are accrued beginning from your first day of employment can be used after only 90 days on the job. What’s a Service Coordinator?
Service Coordinators are integrated into senior housing to help residents connect with community resources, agencies, and other service providers. They also serve as resident advocates who empower seniors to live more independent and fulfilling lives. They refer residents to providers and monitor how well those services are provided.
