The Division of Pediatric Pulmonology, under
the Department of Pediatrics at Albany College, within the Albany
Med Health System, is actively recruiting a Pediatric Pulmonologist
to join the division. Candidates must be fellowship trained and
board certified / eligible in pediatric pulmonology.

The division has
multidisciplinary clinics in neuromuscular, aerodigestive and a
monthly BPD Clinic for NICU graduates. We also have the region’s
only accredited Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Center
which has been recognized nationally for our quality improvement
initiatives and my the local chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis
Foundation for our participation in local CFF sponsored events.

The division works closely with
other members of the Department of Pediatrics to provide
specialized and collaborative care for patients in the Bernard
& Millie Duker Children’s Hospital at Albany Med. We
collaborate with faculty in critical care, neonatology, hospital
medicine, and all the other subspecialty practices. Faculty and
staff also mentor medical students from the 3rd and 4th year
classes at Albany Medical College, as well as advanced practice
students from local colleges.
Competitive base
salary range for assistant professor $195,000-$206,000 plus
incentive bonus opportunities. Rank and salary commensurate with
experience.
