Shift : MondayFriday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the daily management of an assigned facility or location and providing technical expertise to other peer coordinators. Also, responsible for monitoring vendors for performance adherences, ensuring safety and security, performing weekly facility inspections and coordinating special projects.

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Facilities Maintenance Experience 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Familiarity with general building maintenance and safety requirements. - Ability to effectively communicate with peers, co-workers and service providers. - Good time management and organizational skills. - Strong project management skills. - Ability to provide technical expertise and guidance to peers in complex situations. - Solid computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
