About Albea & the Product line that is recruiting
Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Washington is specialized in manufacturing Laminate & Plastic Tubes for Cosmetics, Personal Care & Pharmaceutical Markets.

Scope
Will directly manage 2 key / global accounts along with several regional accounts. Sales turnover +$20M, meet budget / financial goals for this territory.

Main activities
* Manage the needs of the customers in order to meet the objectives of the Company’s business plans and strategies.
* Develop and /or maintain and improve business relationships with all of the customers in their territory and grow the territory.
* Build trusting relationships with these key customers and insure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Lead the RFQ/bid process with all the internal stakeholders (development teams, plant…), build business cases for complex projects when necessary
* Insure a strong follow-up on the product development phase and insure a smooth interface between the customer and internal team.
* Report key information and data through Albea tools such as Winforce, ADS etc.. / Analyze on a monthly basis results in ADS and monitor achievement of objectives accordingly
* Seek out and target new customers / new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business.

Accountability including KPIs
* Guarantees to maintain and grow the business with the customers in this territory. Sales $ / CB1
* Insure customer satisfaction by providing the right level of service to the account. OTIF / EBB
* Guarantee the effective management of the cash with the customer. Investment, Profit, Working Capital and Overdues.
* Guarantees an appropriate communication and negotiation in case of crisis management. Claims : number / time to close
* Flawless project execution to assure on time launches .Time line management
*Guarantee customer relationship. Pro-active and reactive communication / build trust

Profile (Experience & qualifications)
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Five to 10 years experience in Sales or packaging/cosmetics.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, experience with MS Project is a plus.
* Strong project management skills.
* Tube related experience (tube or labels or printing)
a. Or Packaging experience, b. Or Fast consumer goods experience (for example Pharmaceutical the pace is too slow) c. Or other related industry such as electronics, automotive, aeronautic.
