What Youll Do

• Lead traffic engineering and transportation planning projects focused on intersections, freeways, and arterial corridors.
• Conduct traffic operations and safety studies using tools like Synchro, VISSIM, and HCM / HSM methodologies.
• Prepare and present high-quality technical reports to clients in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Apply a multimodal lens to every projectaccounting for pedestrians, cyclists, transit users, and drivers across diverse environments.

Note : The final candidate could be located in Reston, Richmond or Virginia Beach, Virginia.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $150,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
