Shipboard Project Analyst

Required Skills : Looking for someone that is motivated and hungry to grow in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Ideally someone that is looking to become a Project Manager. Strong leadership skills; proven experience in engaging with people and managing travel Experience in being part of large-scale IT Focused programs and projects Knowledge in project management practice Understanding of project management financials Must have demonstrated experience in administration of project activities Strong ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet project goals Demonstrates a wide degree of creativity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills while being able to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking Ability to work on your own, with limited supervision Must be willing to travel (up to 10% of the time) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and WebEx is required. Workfront and JIRA knowledge a plus Bachelor s degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training. 3 years experience in an information technology environment 3 years of Project Analyst experience 3 years of advanced knowledge / experience with EXCEL Project Analyst 5 Bachelor s degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training. 3 years experience in an information technology environment 3 years of Project Analyst experience 3 years of advanced knowledge / experience with EXCEL Project Analyst 5 Candidate will potentially be required to support Program / Project Managers onsite during Dry Docks supporting special projects.
