A company is looking for a Tax Senior Manager to lead tax compliance, planning, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns

Develop and execute tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize credits and deductions

Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's in Taxation or CPA preferred

8+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning within corporate or public accounting

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations

Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing teams

Proficiency with tax software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
