Job description

A multi-disciplinary engineering and consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions for infrastructure and environmental projects is seeking a Lead Civil Project Manager to help shape impactful civil engineering and site development projects at their Reno office.

Your Day Includes

Leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex civil / site development projects
Managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Preparing design documents, permit applications, and specifications
Guiding QA / QC reviews and ensuring compliance with local standards
Building client relationships and supporting proposal development

Must Haves

PE registration in Nevada (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution

Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience

Proven ability to manage projects independently and mentor staff
