Training Coordinator
Job Title : Training Coordinator (Remote - CST or EST)
Description :
- Under general supervision, coordinates the logistical support for training programs.
- Support includes learning management system (LMS) setup.
- Scheduling of training programs through creation of session and events in LMS.
- Notify to attendees via custom emails, maintain training program materials, basic reporting through the LMS and / or excel.
- Handle training related inquiries or questions that are sent from stakeholders or end users.
Qualifications :
- This candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, in addition to solid written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Displays high ability to exercise judgment to shift priorities, organize multiple tasks simultaneously, and work with minimal direction.
- Prior experience with learning management systems strongly preferred.
