Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM + Required Weekend Shifts

Are you an experienced Call Center Representative or Customer Service Agent looking for a seasonal job with a fast-paced team? We're hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support high-volume inbound calls during the busy holiday season. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity with overtime potential and a supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound customer service calls
• Provide product information and support for holiday merchandise (e.g., Christmas lights, artificial trees, seasonal dcor)
• Follow a customer service script to assess needs and deliver solutions
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to call center protocols
