We are seeking a visionary marketing leader who can define and drive integrated strategies that strengthen BIG’s leadership in the professional beauty space while growing consumer connection.

The Senior Integrated Marketing Director will serve as a strategic brand leader across marketing, and product development. This role is responsible for building and executing holistic go-to-market strategies that integrate product launches, education, digital, retail, and professional channels. They will oversee a team that includes a Social Media Manager and Brand Manager, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams in Growth, Creative, Education, and Product Development.

This role requires proven expertise in professional channel distribution and a strong ability to translate brand and product strategies into campaigns that drive measurable growth and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and lead the overall strategic direction for BIG’s integrated marketing efforts, ensuring alignment across brand, marketing, product, and product development.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to build forward-looking strategies that fuel growth and strengthen positioning in professional channels.
• Act as a key voice in brand evolution, ensuring storytelling, visual , and messaging resonate with both stylists and consumers.
