Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Education : Doctorate
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatric Urology and eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois
• Demonstrated ability to treat all pediatric urological conditions and perform general and complex surgeries within the specialty
