Reimagine your IT leadership career with Genesis Medical Associates. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our internal IT department. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT operations, managing a team of 4 IT professionals, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports the organization's goals.

The IT Director will oversee system security and upgrades and maintain seamless internal support for all employees. To be successful, the Genesis IT Director will be a talented hands-on problem solver and will maintain and manage a robust risk assessment framework and perform detailed technical analysis to ensure our technology stack is efficient, secure and aligned with business goals.
