A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Scheduling Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical programs for eligible members
Conduct member outreach and manage communication preferences
Collaborate with partners to facilitate the member experience and connect members to appropriate services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 1 year of call center experience in Medicare Advantage or HMO
High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
Experience in a clinical setting managing provider schedules preferred
Bilingual skills in English / Spanish or other languages preferred
Must be available for full-time work, especially during enrollment periods
