Job Title : Phlebotomist

Location : Deerfield Beach, FL 33442

Duration : 3+ Months (Temp to Hire)

Shift : Monday - Friday 6 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm & Rotating Saturday 7 am - 11 am

Overview :

Seeking a Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist) . This role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens, and providing excellent patient service in a professional and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform quality blood draws (clinical & forensic).
Ensure accurate specimen handling and documentation.
Deliver patient-focused service while explaining procedures.
Maintain clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; Required in CA, NV, WA).

Medical assistant or paramedic training (Preferred).

6+ months phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred.

Experience with pediatric & geriatric patients a plus.

Strong customer service and data entry skills.

Must live within 20-25 minutes of Clermont site (list city + commute time on resume).

Personal, reliable transportation required (No Uber, Lyft, or public transit).

Punctuality and full shift attendance are mandatory.

Notes :

Must be flexible for rotating Saturdays, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed.

Pay rate based on verified direct phlebotomy experience only.
