St. Josephs Health is seeking a Board-Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their established outpatient practice in Fayetteville, NY.
Youll be joining a well-staffed and collaborative team that provides care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adult and geriatric care, as well as womens health services. The team is particularly enthusiastic about adding a provider with womens health experience, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with that background.

Practice Overview - Fayetteville :
Located at 4000 Medical Center Dr., Fayetteville, NY 13066, this outpatient primary care office offers :
Comprehensive care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Treatment for acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
Preventive care, including immunizations and cancer screenings
Womens health services, such as annual pelvic exams and pap smears
A supportive, team-based clinical environment

Office hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM

REQUIREMENTS :
NYS medical licensure and DEA certification
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE :
St. Josephs Health offers a competitive salary and a full range of benefits, including :
$225,000-$242,000 base salary
(The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.)
Starting Bonus : $50,000.00 paid one time in the first payroll month after employment begins
Retention Bonus :
$25,000.00 paid in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary date
