As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying top healthcare talent.You’ll work closely with hiring managers and clinical teams to ensure our workforce is staffed with skilled professionals. Salary :
$47,000 - $49,000 Key Responsibilities : Post and manage job listings for clinical and non-clinical roles. Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions Coordinate interviews with department leads and ensure a positive candidate experience. Assist with reference checks and background screenings. Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates to department leaders to support informed hiring decisions. What We’re Looking For : 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of healthcare staffing or credentialing is a plus. Education : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
