A company is looking for an Equity & Compensation Analyst to support the equity and compensation function within its Total Rewards team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing analytics for compensation strategy and conduct market benchmarking analyses
Manage compensation structure, including updating salary ranges and ensuring compliance with relevant laws
Coordinate employee equity grants and prepare reports for senior leadership on equity trends and insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in compensation and equity administration
Strong proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools and HRIS systems
Prior experience administering equity programs using Shareworks or similar platforms
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
