A company is looking for a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (MA license).Key Responsibilities : Provide virtual care visits for patients, conduct screenings, and develop individualized care plansCollaborate with teams to ensure patient needs are met and document interactions in a timely mannerSupport group care and address barriers identified by patientsQualifications : Independently licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in MA5-8 years of therapy experience in healthcare settingsExperience in perinatal mental health care and working with diverse populationsProficient in EHRs and software, understanding of birth inequity and structural racism in healthcareExperience with trauma patients, cognitive behavioral therapy, and virtual care is a plus
