Thoracic Surgeon

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Thoracic Surgeon to join our collaborative two-surgeon team at Sunnyside Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate physician who is committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive thoracic care.

What You’ll Do :

You will be part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team providing a broad range of advanced, minimally invasive thoracic procedures, including :

• VATS and robotic-assisted lobectomies (RATS)
• Mediastinal mass resections
• Esophagectomies
• Paraesophageal hernia repairs
• Lung biopsies and wedge resections
• Chest wall resections and reconstructions
• Substernal goiter resections
• Bronchoplasty and tracheoplasty

The annual salary for this position is $610,700 - $694,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
