Creative Project Manager

Job Description

Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG)is looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to join our fast-paced Creative Studio team. This role will lead the execution of in-studio creative projects from brief to delivery - managing timelines, resources, and workflows while ensuring deliverables meet our quality, brand, and compliance standards. Reporting into the Sr Director, Creative Operations, this position is ideal for someone with experience in creative project management, who's eager to grow in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of creative projects across the studio-tracking scope, timelines, milestones, and final delivery.

Coordinate and manage creative workflows across teams, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed at every stage.

Assign work to designers, copywriters, and motion designers based on project needs - providing clear deadlines, next steps, and relevant context to ensure successful execution.

Track projects using Airtable, keeping timelines and data accurate and current.

Review creative deliverables for alignment with briefs, incorporation of feedback, and presence of required legal and regulatory elements.

Route deliverables through all relevant reviewers including creative leads, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders - driving alignment and timely sign-off.

Identify and support opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and efficiencies within the Creative Studio team.

Experience and Skills

1 - 3 years of experience in creative project management, digital production, or marketing operations.

Strong understanding of creative workflows.

Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once.

Experience with project tracking tools and platforms (e.g., Airtable, Figma, Google Suite, Slack).

Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful problem-solver who thrives under pressure.

Excellent communicator with a collaborative and team-first mindset.

Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better

Open to travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming.

• Salary Range : : $81,700 - $125,000(Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
