A company is looking for a Legal Support Specialist to provide administrative and legal support to legal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain detailed records of legal and collection activities, track case progress, and coordinate with legal teams for litigation preparation
Collaborate with accounting, collections, and compliance teams to ensure accurate account information and adherence to regulatory standards
Generate reports on collection and legal activities, manage calendars, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and legal partners
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in a legal support, project management, or administrative role
Experience managing legal or business projects is highly preferred
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
