Key Responsibilities
Define requirements and align stakeholders throughout the evaluation process to select and implement the right technology
Assess current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and facilitate alignment across various departments
Lead evaluations of vendor platforms versus internal build capabilities and present data-driven recommendations to executive sponsors
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services
Proven experience leading build vs. buy or vendor evaluation initiatives for enterprise systems
Strong understanding of claims, policy administration, and reinsurance processes
Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and evaluation criteria
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business and IT
