Viridian Staffing is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to join an expanding Oregon-based cannabis CPG company. This is a unique opportunity to lead both sales and marketing functions during a period of exciting growth, including a new product line launch and a facility expansion scheduled for December. Position Overview This role is a hybrid leadership position, with approximately 70% focus on sales and 30% on marketing, underpinned by strong data analysis and strategy. The Director will oversee a team of about 8. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in sales and marketing within cannabis or comparable consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries (e.g., beer, coffee). While cannabis experience is preferred, it is not required.
