Responsibilities :
- Lead the overall strategy and execution of new product and service development
- Oversee the research and development process, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess market opportunities and customer needs
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation and stay ahead of market demands
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers and other professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in product development and management in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Proficient in project management and product management tools
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
