Job Description :

Seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Advanced Heart Failure Physician to join the Advanced Heart Failure Center in Fort Myers, Florida. This is an integrated cardiology and surgical program that delivers high-quality, comprehensive care for patients across the spectrum of heart failure diagnosis and treatment .

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide inpatient rounding for 8-12 patients per day and outpatient care for 2-4 patients per day , averaging 15 patients daily .
• Work Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM in both ambulatory and inpatient settings .
• Collaborate with NP support and a multidisciplinary team including customer service representatives, medical assistants, and registered nurses.
• No procedures required.
• No on-call or weekend responsibilities.
• Expected to provide coverage once a week per month .
