Field Engineer Position
We are adding experienced Field Engineers to our Central division of Kiewit to support our growing Infrastructure project portfolio around the country. We are hiring in our Southeastern region to support projects in the Tennessee and Kentucky areas and offer relocation to the region and per diem while on projects outside of the immediate area. As an experienced Field Engineer, you will play a significant part in the success of planning, organizing and implementing project engineering & project controls tasks for our heavy civil construction projects. Excellent communication, attention to detail and an ability to work well in a team environment are considered critical to this position. We are looking for individuals with motivation and eagerness to expand their skillset in infrastructure construction. This team is the first construction team to the site, performing site prep for the roads, bridges or industrial buildings. Our team performs mass grading / excavation, cut and fill, drainage, paving, underground piping and utility work, earthwork, site development, concrete form work, asphalt paving, and related activities. District Overview
Kiewit's Central District is one of our largest infrastructure districts specializing in heavy civil, structural concrete / bridge, water / wastewater, and transportation projects. We self-perform work such as mass grading, drainage, paving, utility and more - so be ready to get your hands dirty! While headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the majority of our work is concentrated in the Central and South-Central regions of the United States. We are looking for people committed to the construction industry rather than design.
Location
Our southeast office is located in Brentwood Tennessee, and individuals work out of this office, and travel around the region to support projects in TN, KY and NE, and potentially other surrounding states. Must be willing to relocate and travel.
