The Sourcing Manager (dd's Home) provides sourcing and operational expertise on all aspects of the product life cycle from strategy to development to delivery. Reporting to Senior Director of Sourcing, this role is the liaison between the agent / vendor / overseas office and the Merchant team that manages critical deliverables. The Manager will drive delivery of product that is in line with the dd's brand aesthetic, quality and value. This position is hybrid, 3 days per week in our NYC office. The base salary range for this role is $93,000 to $105,000. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
