Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support as neededAccounts Payables & Accounts ReceivablesMaintaining file systemsOversee day-to-day office activitiesBe able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operationsMaintain office equipment in good working order with the assistance of the IT departmentCoordinate internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendorsQualifications
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferredUnderstanding of office equipment, systems, and proceduresSkilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and OutlookBe proficient with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, data bases) and aptitude for learning new software and systemsStrong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking abilityStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailHighly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to implement systems and procedures.Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality of company informationJ-18808-Ljbffr
