Field Sales Representative

Are you passionate about driving purposeful technology innovation? Arrow Electronics, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Rep for the Indiana market. Arrow Electronics is a Fortune 154 company, globally headquartered in Denver, CO with 22,000 employees worldwide. Arrow brings technology solutions to a breadth of markets, including telecommunications, information systems, transportation, medical, industrial and consumer electronics. We serve as a supply channel partner for over 100,000 original equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers and commercial customers through a global network.

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Defining critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, planning strategy, and developing all key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
  • Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models.
  • Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and other value-added services.
  • Must be able to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service.
  • Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
  • This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan.

Base salary with lucrative commissions. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow (60 / 40 split). This position will require to be in the office every other Monday.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Ability to network and establish and build upon strategic relationships.
  • Ability to understand and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
  • Ability to articulate complex strategies and able to execute on them.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle preferred.
  • Experience in the electronic components industry preferred but not required.
  • A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years B2B outside sales is preferred.
  • Required to be in office every other Monday near Fort Wayne.

  • Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate : $65,000.00 - $117,286.18

    Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

    Location : US-IN-Indiana (Remote Employees)

    Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
