HR Manager
Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with plants in NY and NJ. Due to growth seeking an HR Manager to join the HR staff. Primary duties include :
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support organizational goals and ensure legal compliance.
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including workforce planning, recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, coaching, and development planning.
- Direct compensation, benefits, and HR operations while analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
Position reports to Corporate HR Manager. Ideal candidates for HR Manager position will possess the following :
Bachelors degree7+ years experience in high-volume or food production environmentExperience with payroll (ADP)3+ years managing HR staffBi-lingual English / Spanish a plusSalary up to $100k / yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.
