About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Telemetry RN to join our team in Jeffersonville, IN for a 13-week night shift assignment. This role offers the opportunity to work in an acute Telemetry unit where nurses deliver safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care. You’ll play a key role in achieving high-quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and strong team collaboration.

Unit Details

Unit Type : Telemetry

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Shift : Nights

Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience

Responsibilities

Perform and document assessments and reassessments per patient condition and hospital policy

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and discharge needs

Delegate tasks appropriately, mentor staff, and promote teamwork

Qualifications

Active RN License (IN or compact)

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Certifications required

2+ years of acute care experience

Telemetry experience preferred
