Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across various functions
Manage a dynamic requisition load of 20-30 roles simultaneously
Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and community engagement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical or high-volume manufacturing environments
Experience managing 20-30 active requisitions across multiple disciplines
Preferred experience recruiting for design engineers, automotive, or skilled trades talent
Strong understanding of compliance, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations
