A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist working Pacific Time hours.

2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role

Ability to handle complaints and sensitive topics with empathy

Experience navigating multiple digital platforms and resolving technical issues

Proficient in using CRM systems for managing customer interactions

Reliable wired internet connection and distraction-free home office setup
