Job descriptionFAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe & Powerplant ratings. At least 2 years of certified aircraft maintenance experience. Strong communication and basic computer skills. Ability to pass required physical, drug screening, and background checks. Flexibility to travel frequently and work night shifts as needed. (For Roving Maintenance Team) Experience in sheet metal repair and / or avionics troubleshooting. Competitive pay : $30.57–$37.62 / hour (approx. $73,123–$89,987 / year ). Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 , plus shift, safety, and annual bonuses. About the Opportunity :
We’re a leading air ambulance provider in the U.S., dedicated to saving lives through safe, reliable, and rapid air medical transport. We’re looking for an experienced Senior A&P Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our state-of-the-art fleet is always mission-ready, supporting emergency response operations across the region.
What You’ll Do :
- Perform and review daily maintenance and inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
- Coordinate with the Lead Mechanic on schedule changes or support needs.
- Oversee maintenance operations at field bases, including parts and inventory management.
- Complete and certify maintenance documentation per FAA, manufacturer, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate data entries in RAMCO and communicate updates with the team.
- Ensure tool calibration and inventory levels meet company requirements.
- Travel as needed to support maintenance operations
