Your Practice (Designed for Growth)

Breadth + Subspecialty runway : Core need is general urology; subspecialty interests welcome to build a unique niche.

Clinic : 30-40 patients / day on average, with a balanced pace and high-quality care model.

OR / ASC : 1-2 surgery days / week across hospital ORs and our Class A ASC

ASC : ~ 15 cases / half-day

OR day : 6-8 cases / full day

Team model that protects your time : 7 urologists + 8 APPs (APPs handle first nighttime calls) with 1 : 8 call across three hospitals.

Schedule : 2-3 clinic days / week for diversity and work-life harmony.
