Senior Systems Engineer - Azure & Microsoft 365

Location : Remote or Hybrid (Flexible)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Engineer to lead the architecture, deployment, and management of enterprise-grade Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services . This role demands hands-on technical leadership in cloud and hybrid environments, with a strong emphasis on security , compliance , and operational excellence .

Key Focus Areas :

• Azure VMs, AVD, networking, storage, and Azure AD configuration
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Identity lifecycle, SSO, Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft Purview
• Data governance, device provisioning (Intune / Autopilot, Kandji), and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, CPRA)
• Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Terraform), documentation, and technical project leadership

Required :  6+ years in IT infrastructure, 3+ years in Azure / cloud engineering, strong scripting skills, and relevant certifications.

Preferred : Experience in hybrid environments, enterprise integrations, and regulatory compliance.
