Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including management of staff, policies, procedures, hiring, training, and scheduling
• Prepare and verify prescriptions, collaborating closely with healthcare providers to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Manage inventory ordering, control, and proper storage of pharmaceuticals and controlled substances in compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain meticulous records for inventory, patient data, insurance claims, and controlled substances
• Enhance pharmacy environment by monitoring store appearance and responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
• Support retail pharmacy growth initiatives including new pharmacy openings and telepharmacy services
• Work closely with executive leadership regarding staff development and operational objectives
