Key Responsibilities

Stabilize a large PB / PB Claims portfolio

Build internal capacity for Epic Resolute PB and PB Claims

Provide mentoring and consulting support to team members

Required Qualifications

Current Epic Resolute PB and PB Claims certifications

5+ years of complex build experience in Epic Resolute PB and PB Claims

Experience with at least two Epic full-lifecycles as a PB / PB Claims build analyst

Prior mentoring experience
