Manager of Nursing - Peds / PICU

Renown Children's Hospital is seeking a Manager of Nursing to join our dedicated Pediatric and PICU team — where compassion meets innovation, and every heartbeat tells a story.

As the Nursing Manager, you'll lead a team of extraordinary nurses who deliver life-saving care to our smallest and most resilient patients. You'll guide day-to-day operations, inspire growth, and ensure our young patients and their families receive the highest quality, most compassionate care possible.

In this role, you'll :

• Provide leadership and vision for our Pediatric and PICU units, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes and staff engagement.
• Champion evidence-based practices and foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and professional growth.
