With deep technical and business expertise across all therapeutic areas, the team designs and delivers digital solutions that drive best-in-class customer engagement and improved patient outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will :

• Architect and lead the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva), content platforms, and enterprise tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Campaign Solution Architects, Digital Production Leads, and business stakeholders-to deliver seamless, multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Drive advanced configuration and personalization using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
• Manage data modeling, automation workflows, and complex SQL queries for segmentation and dynamic content.
• Oversee API integrations, CI / CD pipelines, and multi-org connectors using tools like Git and Jenkins.
• Provide technical consultation, perform QA, root cause analysis, and support (Level 2-3).
• Lead platform release management, technical debt assessments, and innovation initiatives including AI.
• Ensure compliance with architecture principles, governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Translate complex marketing and technical requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.
• Support change management and organizational adoption through vendor coordination and OCM planning.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$64,500 - $151,800

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
