Your Role

Deliver customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead small group classes

Build genuine relationships with clients to help them set and achieve their health and mobility goals

Represent StretchLab in the community through events, tours, and partnerships

Contribute to studio growth by supporting membership sales and client retention initiatives

Stay at the forefront of the wellness industry with continuing education and advanced training

What Were Looking For

Required Certifications / Licenses (must be current and maintained) :

Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach (nationally recognized)

Licensed Massage Therapist

Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT Assistant)

Licensed Chiropractor

Certified Pilates or Yoga Instructor

Preferred Background :

Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or a related field

Experience providing hands-on client work in fitness, sports performance, or rehabilitation

Exceptional communication skills with an engaging, encouraging personality

Reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to helping others succeed

Our Training Program

All new Flexologists complete our Flexologist Certification Program :

2030 hours of online coursework

2 days of in-person, hands-on training

20 hours of supervised practice

Written and practical examinations

This program ensures every Flexologist can deliver a truly world-class stretch experience.
