KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Third-Party Risk to join our Third Party Risk organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with leadership and become a part of a dynamic team, supporting the implementation and management of a centralized Third-Party Risk Management program for the Firm
  • Partner and support a functional business area as their single point of contact in executing requirements across the TPRM lifecycle, including onboarding, issues management, ongoing monitoring, and termination
  • Review completed risk assessments to ensure potential risks are identified and addressed; report on due diligence activities and document identified issues as needed
  • Collaborate and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders, for example, Legal, Procurement, Business, and Control Groups to drive alignment and consistency in TPRM practices
  • Provide individualized guidance and support on supplier selection / termination and other Third-Party risk management requirements to Strategic Sourcing and Procurement
  • Ensure all suppliers are appropriately monitored on an ongoing basis to identify any changes in their risk profile

Qualifications :

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in a Third-Party Risk / Vendor Risk or similar role; CRVPM or CTPRP preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college / university required; Master's degree and other relevant degree / certification from an accredited college or university is desirable
  • Advanced understanding of Third-Party Risk Programs and solutions supporting large and regulated institution preferred, preferably financial services
  • Highly customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization;

strong ability to engage, influence, and collaborate across the organization

  • Serve as a change agent for the TPRM function across the organization
  • Ability to build strong and trusted relationships in a collaborative way
