Dispatch Assistant / Cust. Service Rep.

Description :

Our client is a Sacramento County based company that has been in business for over 40 years, the company is looking for an individual that can help with dispatching using software and handle basic administrative duties.

The office is located in McClellan California.

Full-Time Position- Temp to Hire (90 days)

Shift Hours :

Monday-Friday in Office

Weekends- Mandatory and can be remote from home once fully trained.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Work with and take direction from the Dispatching Supervisor
• Answer multiple phone lines in a timely manner.
• Directing / Transferring calls to correct dept.
• Data Entry
• Checking and responding to emails
• Input of order information into dispatch software ( Training will be provided )
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! Must be able to interact with customers in a professional and positive manner.

The ideal candidate should have the following :

• Previous experience in dispatching is a huge plus
• Punctual, self-motivated and efficient in administering assigned tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written customer service / communication skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Answering and transferring phones (CSR) from client
• Entering addresses and data from clients into Service Titan
• Dispatching plumbers to clients located throughout the greater Sacramento area
• Checking and responding to emails
• Follow up calls with clients that are booked for service and keeping them aware of status
• Communication with plumbers
• Working in a team environment
• Opening office at start of shift and closing office at end of shift
• Communication with answering service in the morning and evening with future jobs or completed jobs

Pay Rate : $18-$22

Work Location :

Monday-Friday in office

Work Remotely :

Yes for weekend shifts
