Clarizen Application Administrator

This will be a contract-to-hire role, and candidates must be available for permanent hiring after the contract term.
Job Details : The application, called Clarizen, can also be referred to as AdaptiveWork or Planview. The person will be the primary support for this application, with a secondary admin assisting about 20% of the time. Therefore, skill level and experience are highly important.
This position requires candidates to be local to Birmingham, Alabama, as it will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the office each week.
Must Have : Clarizen, Adaptive Work, or Planview application experience.
Job Description
Additional responsibilities include managing users and permissions, optimizing environment appearance, building reports and dashboards, extending functionality with tools like Slide Publisher, understanding the Planview AdaptiveWork Data Model, creating advanced reports, data import / export, creating custom objects and links, automating business processes, and optimizing performance.
Complete administrative ownership of AdaptiveWork applications, including configurations, customizations, integrations, end-user support, documentation, reporting, automation, and process improvements.
Use best practices to support user permissions, build reports, extend functionality, and automate workflows.
