Brightstar Care of Overland Park is looking for a team of passionate nurses! Brightstar Care connects our employee’s passions to our patients! Our goal is to connect our employees with cases where they can make a long term impact on both their patients and families. BrightStar Care is looking to build a team of nurses to provide a variety of pediatric patients with total cares. Cares will include but are not limited to: hygiene care, tube feedings, medication administration, neurological assessments, vital signs, trach care/suctioning, ventilator care and much more. Our pediatric nursing team will partner with our Nurse Supervisor, the patient, family and Physician to achieve successful patient outcomes. * Live help from a nurse available 24/7 for any clinical issues that may arise in the home. * All shadowing and training is hands on and paid! Buddy system training with thorough competencies! * Pediatric patients available in favorable home environments located in: Leawood, Kansas City, Olathe, Overland Park, Shawnee and Leavenworth! Day shift, overnights, evenings, weekends - you name it, we've got a kiddo for you! Position Requirements: * A current LPN license in good standing * Current CPR Certification (BLS) * Negative TB skin test (within last year) * Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality * A laptop/tablet to complete charting on * COVID vaccination preferred but not required BrightStar Care of Overland Park is a Joint Commission accredited leader in the home care and home health industry.
