Global Relationship Manager

A company is looking for a Global Relationship Manager responsible for managing customer relationships and serving as the primary contact for Fund Services Clients.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the lead communicator to clients regarding strategic / business items and issue resolution

Prepare and track annual client relationship plans and manage ongoing client projects

Oversee fee negotiations and the client on-boarding process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Five years managing client relationships in the financial services industry
